This policy explains how the Endless Word Fill-In app (the "App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
The App does not collect, share or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and the App does not use the internet. All puzzles are included in the App.
2. Information stored on your device
The App keeps the following only on your device. It is never sent to the developer or to anyone else.
- Your progress: current Endless level, the number of puzzles solved, the words you have placed in unfinished puzzles (with their time and mistake count), and the days you played or solved a Daily puzzle (for the Daily calendar and your streak)
- Settings: sound effects on/off, vibration on/off, and whether you have seen the tutorial
This information is saved in the device's app settings storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android).
3. No personal information collected
The developer does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, device identifiers or any other personal information. The App has no server of its own, and nothing is sent from your device to the developer.
4. Ads and tracking
The App shows no ads and contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) and does not track you across apps or websites.
5. Sound effects and vibration
Sound effects are played from audio files included in the App, and vibration uses the device's standard haptic feedback. Neither feature records audio or sends any information. You can turn both off in Settings.
6. Deleting your data
Deleting the App removes all data it stored. If you use device backups (for example iCloud Backup or Android's automatic backup), your progress may be included in your own backup and restored when you reinstall the App; the developer never receives these backups. Because the developer keeps no copy, deleted data cannot be recovered.
7. Children's privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). There are no ads, in-app purchases or external links that ask for personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may change if the law or the App's features change. Any update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
